About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Team Lead – Graphic Designer to head our design team. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on expertise in design, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative work that aligns with our brand and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers.
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality graphics for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding and design strategy.
• Review, provide feedback, and approve design work to maintain creative standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all visual communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
