Senior Graphic Designer

• Project Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact design projects across various media, including social media, digital branding, and print materials.
• Mentorship: Guide and review the work of junior designers and interns to ensure high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Brand Management: Uphold and evolve brand identity by creating and maintaining visual consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop integrated campaign visuals and ensure design objectives align with business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, marketing teams, and clients, incorporating feedback to refine projects.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced design software, maintain knowledge of design trends, and prepare final files for production.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all design work is original, high-quality, and meets the specified project requirements and deadlines.
