Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to scale rapidly in Qatar, building a strong campaign operations engine is critical to driving user growth and delivering a seamless customer experience.
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to lead always-on and mega-sale campaign operations, driving order growth through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization.
What You'll Do
Campaign Planning & Execution:
⢠Lead the planning and operation of the platform's always-on marketing calendar, covering both brand and category initiatives.
⢠Own end-to-end campaign execution including setup, onsite placements, and performance optimization to drive order growth.
Strategy & Growth:
⢠Independently design campaign strategies and collaborate with Commercial/Merchant and Marketing teams to amplify brand voice, acquire new users, and improve conversion.
⢠Continuously optimize promotion and incentive structures (platform-funded and merchant-funded) to improve conversion efficiency and ROI.
Mega-Sales & Seasonal Campaigns:
⢠Drive execution of platform-level mega-sales and seasonal campaigns in Qatar (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, Qatar National Day).
⢠Co-design local mechanics and resource plans â subsidies, merchant supply, fulfillment readiness, communication rhythm â to hit peak order targets.
Insights & Playbook Development:
⢠Leverage strong local market understanding and user insights to identify growth opportunities.
⢠Build reusable operating playbooks for different segments and scenarios, accumulating long-term market learnings.
Analytics & Optimization:
⢠Track campaign performance with strong analytical rigor; run timely iterations and post-campaign reviews to ensure targets are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
⢠Work efficiently across Marketing, Commercial/Merchants, Delivery/Operations, and Product teams; be accountable for campaign results.
What We're Looking For
⢠Bachelor's degree or above with 6â10+ years of experience in Marketing Campaigns, Growth Marketing, Trade Marketing, E-commerce Operations, or related roles.
⢠Strong familiarity with the Qatar market and ability to work effectively with local merchants and partners.
⢠Proven experience leading end-to-end large-scale seasonal/peak campaigns in Qatar (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, Qatar National Day), including mechanics design, onsite placement planning, merchant funding alignment, and post-campaign review.
⢠Strong logical thinking and data capabilities; able to define metrics, monitor performance, and drive decisions through data; SQL is a plus.
⢠Strong cross-functional collaboration and complex project management skills; experience landing large-scale integrated campaigns preferred.
⢠Fluent in English and Arabic.
⢠Local ecosystem exposure (merchant/partner network) is highly preferred.
