Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR professional to join our team in Noida. The role requires someone who can independently manage HR operations, with 70% focus on recruitment and the rest on overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment management (sourcing → screening → interviewing)
• Onboarding of new employees and completion of all documentation
• Managing HR operations including policy making, HR compliance, employee engagement, and daily HR processes
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
• Coordinating with internal departments for seamless hiring and HR support
• Handling employee queries and maintaining HR records

Requirements:

• Immediate joiner or candidates with short notice (0–15 days) preferred
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR within the recruitment industry
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment
• Experience in onboarding, documentation, HR policy making, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹34,568.94 - ₹45,196.43 per month
