* Maintaining Employee Records
* Implementation of Various HR Policies and their updation
* Payroll & Benefits Administration
* Employee Engagement and Welfare Activities
* Key and Critical Talent Management and Succession Planning
* Attendance, Leave Administration, Employee Exit Formalities, Grievance Handling.
* Statutory Compliance
QUALIFICATION- GRADUATE/POSTGRADUATE + MBA (HR)
