The Senior Recruitment Coordinator, based in Dubai or Riyadh, supports the full lifecycle of talent acquisition across the Middle East and Asia, delivering high-quality, timely, and inclusive recruitment services. The role reports to a Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead, with a delivery line to the Middle East & Asia Recruitment Officers in Riyadh and New Delhi.

Duties and Accountabilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Execution: Manage requisitions from job posting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with workforce plans, diversity goals, and time-to-fill targets.
• Coordinate job-launch meetings, interview scheduling, assessments, and candidate system communications.
• Administer background screening, appointment letters, and onboarding workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison to ensure smooth process flow and timely updates between Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure transparency and responsiveness throughout the recruitment process via system communications and email.
• Sourcing and Longlisting: Conduct resume reviews and longlisting with attention to role requirements; leverage LinkedIn, internal pipelines, and candidate generation techniques to strengthen candidate quality.
• Data and Compliance: Track requisition status and recruitment metrics using dashboards and trackers; ensure compliance with interview documentation, selection committee guidelines, and audit requirements.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including automation, quality control tracking, and system enhancement testing.

Selection Criteria

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in recruitment operations, HR administration, or managing high-volume transactional processes.
• Communication: Strong business-level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across written and verbal formats.
• Client Service: Ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage multiple stakeholders with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Process Management: Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling, documentation, and onboarding, or high-volume activities in an HR or administrative role.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with recruitment systems is a plus.
• Data Handling: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in tracking metrics and maintaining accurate records.
• Candidate Experience: Ability to manage candidate communications and ensure a transparent, timely, and positive recruitment experience.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
• Collaboration: Positive, open, and discreet team player with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
• Initiative & Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions to improve recruitment delivery.
