Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Senior HR Executive
to lead our human resources initiatives and promote a productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR functions, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive strategic HR practices that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of human resources policies and procedures.

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding new employees.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.

Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.

Administer compensation and benefits plans, optimizing packages for employee retention and attraction.

Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions, guiding managers in effective performance management practices.

Lead employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and promoting organizational values.

Prepare HR metrics and reports to present to senior management, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Proven track record of managing HR functions in a dynamic environment, preferably in the UAE.

Strong understanding of local labor laws and best HR practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
