Job Title: HR Executive (1-3 Years Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive with 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in core HR functions and a proactive mindset to contribute to key people operations. The candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of HR processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, maintain candidate databases, and ensure recruitment records are up to date.

2. Onboarding & Employee Induction

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes by managing documentation, coordinating orientation programs, and preparing welcome kits.
  • Ensure new hires have a positive and structured onboarding experience.

3. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Support the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and performance-related communications.

4. Reporting & Data Management

  • Generate HR reports related to hiring, employee engagement, and training.
  • Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and providing data-driven insights for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (internships and project-based roles included).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a desire to grow professionally.
