Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & MIS

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Head – HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments and prepare recruitment plans.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (Job portals Work India, Naukri etc)
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview processes, follow up with candidates, and manage offers.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees (documentation, induction, orientation).

2. HR MIS Management

  • Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee information.
  • Prepare regular HR reports such as attendance, joining status, weekly recruitment status etc.

3. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Assist in HR activities like employee engagement programs, training coordination, and grievance handling.
  • Support payroll team with attendance and leave management data.
  • Ensure effective communication between employees and management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR MIS management (preferred).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
