Key responsibilities involve developing HR strategies that align with business goals, implementing performance management systems, and providing guidance to junior HR staff and management. This senior-level role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Talent management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Policy and compliance: Create, update, and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee relations: Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Compensation and benefits: Design and administer compensation and benefits packages and programs.
  • HR operations: Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll, attendance tracking, and termination processes.
  • HR metrics and reporting: Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, cost-per-hire) and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Guidance and support: Mentor junior HR staff and act as a resource for managers on HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
