Senior HR Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior HR Executive to assist in managing the HR functions within our institution. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

• An HR professional with strong experience in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, compliance support, and employee relations, while supporting and assisting the HR Manager in ensuring smooth workforce management and adherence to organizational policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
