Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Professional who is locally available in Bahrain and has strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations
- Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and Ministry regulations
- Handle employee contracts, renewals, terminations, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with local legislation
- Manage LMRA, GOSI, and other government-related documentation and processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Advise management on HR best practices and legal updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in Bahrain
- Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and local HR compliance requirements
- Experience handling LMRA, GOSI, and other governmental portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

- Currently residing in Bahrain
- Locally available for immediate joining
- Proven experience in Bahrain HR operations
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-cultural work environment
