SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Professional who is locally available in Bahrain and has strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations
  • Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and Ministry regulations
  • Handle employee contracts, renewals, terminations, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with local legislation
  • Manage LMRA, GOSI, and other government-related documentation and processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Advise management on HR best practices and legal updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in Bahrain
  • Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and local HR compliance requirements
  • Experience handling LMRA, GOSI, and other governmental portals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Mandatory Criteria

  • Currently residing in Bahrain
  • Locally available for immediate joining
  • Proven experience in Bahrain HR operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Experience in a fast-paced or multi-cultural work environment
