Senior HR Executive

  • Independently manage end-to-end recruitment across customer services, sales, operations, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with business heads to understand manpower planning and urgency.
  • Develop sourcing strategies based on role complexity and market availability.
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess competency, stability, performance history, and cultural fit.
  • Effectively differentiate candidate strengths, potential, and risk factors.
  • Lead salary discussions and ensure timely offer closures.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring TAT (Turnaround Time)., and closure ratios.
  • Improve hiring quality by reducing attrition through better candidate evaluation.
  • 3+ years of strong hands-on Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven ability to close positions within timelines.
  • Strong candidate evaluation and decision-making capability.
  • Confident communicator with negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to work under hiring pressure while maintaining quality standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
  • Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS) – Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
