- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment across customer services, sales, operations, and corporate roles.
- Partner with business heads to understand manpower planning and urgency.
- Develop sourcing strategies based on role complexity and market availability.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess competency, stability, performance history, and cultural fit.
- Effectively differentiate candidate strengths, potential, and risk factors.
- Lead salary discussions and ensure timely offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring TAT (Turnaround Time)., and closure ratios.
- Improve hiring quality by reducing attrition through better candidate evaluation.
- 3+ years of strong hands-on Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to close positions within timelines.
- Strong candidate evaluation and decision-making capability.
- Confident communicator with negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics.
- Ability to work under hiring pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
- Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS) – Preferred
