Senior HR Executive

Fortune Tech Services is Hiring: Senior HR Executive (Male) – Night Shift | Onsite

We are currently looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the software/IT industry and a strong background in talent acquisition.

Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000
Gender Preference: Male
Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (technical & non-technical roles)
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
• Handle onboarding and HR operations
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition
• Prior experience in the software/IT industry is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a night shift (onsite role)
• Must have own reliable commute
