Senior HR Executive

Salary: PKR 50,000 per month

Full Job Description:

KGT Global is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage and improve daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, and implementing HR policies while ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring)
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, attendance, and performance management
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage onboarding and training of new employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Address employee concerns and provide HR support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of HR experience (software house experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
