We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and oversee recruitment activities, payroll administration, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, employee relations, and payroll processing while ensuring smooth coordination between management and employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Maintain recruitment records, employee databases, and hiring reports.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining documentation.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts department regarding salary transfers and payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to salaries and benefits.
- Handle employee salary queries, deductions, final settlements, and gratuity calculations.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary matters.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and provide HR support when required.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities and employee communication.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
