Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across both companies (tech, admin, field staff)

Write compelling JDs, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, schedule final rounds

Manage hiring pipelines via Zoho People/Workable

Lead onboarding for new hires contracts, documentation, orientation, and setup

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records in Zoho People

Prepare offer letters, experience letters, Salary letters, etc.

Issue payslips via Zoho Payroll and coordinate with Accounts for final settlements

Monitor attendance, leave policies, and ensure HR compliance with UAE labor law

Employee Engagement & Development

Support creation and tracking of employee goals and KPIs

Collect regular feedback from staff and escalate issues proactively

Coordinate soft skill training sessions and internal knowledge sharing

Support internal surveys and HR audits as needed

Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs

Exit Management

Handle resignations, offboarding process, and exit interviews

Collect and document feedback, ensure timely revocation of system access

Track post-exit documentation and visa/work permit follow-up if needed
