Senior HR Generalist

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Support employees through their lifecycle — from joining to exit
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and HR documentation with accuracy
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and performance reviews
• Ensure HR policies and compliance are well-maintained and updated
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, balancing empathy with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 3- 6 years of experience in an HR executive/generalist role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — someone approachable and reliable
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A people-first mindset with the ability to foster a positive, non-toxic workplace culture

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
