Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral and junior positions
- Coordinate interviews, offer letters, background verification, and onboarding
- Ensure smooth induction and documentation completion
HR Operations
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS, and personnel files
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/payroll vendors
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, CL/SL/EL
- Support audits and statutory inspections
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and code of conduct
Performance & HR Initiatives
- Support performance appraisal and goal-setting processes
- Assist in training coordination and employee development programs
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR or related field (MBA HR preferred)
- 3–8 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
- Strong exposure to recruitment, compliance, payroll coordination, and ER
- Experience handling a Thane / Mumbai workforce preferred
- Strong Experience on Spine HRMS application
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Excel, Spine HRMS, and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Immediate joiner (mandatory)
- Currently based in or willing to work from Thane
- Experience in Logistics, manufacturing, or service industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹59,165.10 per month
