Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Senior H R (Male) professional to support the HR department and lead various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance with Qatari labor laws. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of HR best practices in Qatar and the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, offboarding).
  • Ensure compliance with Qatari Labor Law, company policies and employment regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Manage recruitment and selection activities, including interviewing, shortlisting and final hiring procedures.
  • Monitor employee performance management systems and assist with performance appraisals and KPIs.
  • Address employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee growth.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics and metrics for management decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as government entities (e.g., Ministry of Labour, Hukoomi, Qatar Visa Center).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in Qatar.
  • Sound knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices in the region.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
