Job Summary

Kutiyana Memon Hospital is seeking a competent and experienced Senior HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations and support organizational workforce management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll management, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle EOBI and SESSI registrations, documentation, and compliance in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Prepare and issue official HR correspondence including appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR documentation ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage attendance records, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain employee data and records using HR software / HRIS systems.
  • Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions (JDs) for different positions within the hospital.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational procedures.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and final selection.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job portals.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a professional and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Practical experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management.
  • Experience using HR software / HRIS systems.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential employee information and records.
