As part of our expansion in Pakistan, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Specialist to oversee HR operations and contribute to building a high-performing organizational culture.

Position Overview:

The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training & development, and HR compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach to HR operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and assist department heads in setting performance goals.
  • Identify training needs and organize internal and external training sessions.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination with the finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, PESSI, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Assist management in organizational development and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist-level role (retail or manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, HR compliance, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
