Job Summary
Al Haadi Mobilya is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Specialist to manage and strengthen the company’s human resource functions. The role involves overseeing core HR operations, supporting management with HR strategy, and ensuring a productive, compliant, and people-focused work environment across office, showroom, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with labor laws and company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Handle employee contracts, confirmations, appraisals, and exits.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Lead recruitment for technical, production, sales, and administrative roles.
- Coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding processes.
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Manage performance appraisal systems and support departmental evaluations.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
- Support skill development for factory, showroom, and office staff.
HR Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.
- Advise management on HR matters, organizational structure, and employee performance.
- Support audits and management reviews related to HR.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, furniture, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing HR for factory staff.
- Exposure to payroll processing and compliance audits.
- Leadership experience or team-handling capability.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
