Job Title: Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the Company

We are a leading apparel export house based in Noida, working with international clients and global brands. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager with strong exposure to the apparel export industry and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit management
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage manpower planning for factory and corporate teams
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliances
• Ensure smooth implementation of labor laws and HR policies
• Oversee performance management systems and employee grievance handling
• Maintain strong industrial relations and factory workforce management
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
• Coordinate internal and external audits

Compliance & Certifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SEDEX compliance
• Knowledge of social compliance audits, documentation, and audit preparation
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory compliance, and buyer code of conduct
• Experience handling third-party audits and buyer compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–8 years of HR experience in an Apparel Export / Garment Manufacturing Company
• Strong knowledge of SEDEX and social compliance standards
• In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and factory compliance
• Experience in managing large factory workforce
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,349.01 per month
