Position Overview:
The HR Advisor to the CEO serves as the primary strategic human resources partner to the CEO, providing expert counsel on all people-related matters that impact organizational performance, culture, and strategic direction. This role combines high-level HR expertise with executive advisory skills to ensure that human capital strategies align with the company’s vision, business objectives, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory

Serve as a trusted HR consultant to the CEO on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.

Advise on HR implications of strategic decisions, business growth, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

Support the CEO in shaping and maintaining a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
Talent Management & Leadership Support

Partner with the CEO to identify and develop top leadership talent and succession plans.

Provide counsel on performance management, executive compensation, and incentive plans.
Organizational Development

Advise on organizational design, team structures, and reporting lines to ensure efficiency and agility.

Champion diversity, equity, and initiatives across the organization.

Support the CEO in employee engagement, retention strategies, and employer branding.
Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure HR policies and practices meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Advise the CEO on workforce-related risk mitigation and crisis management.

Monitor trends in employment law and HR best practices to proactively address potential challenges.
Change & Transformation Leadership

Partner with the CEO to lead organizational change, mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a strategic advisory role.

Proven track record of partnering with C-level executives in dynamic organizations.
