Position Overview:
The Senior HR Executive will oversee and manage the company’s human resources operations, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HRMS management. The role demands a proactive professional with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to building a positive and compliant work culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.

Maintain and update HRMS portal for attendance, leave management, and employee records.

Execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.

Handle performance management, probation reviews, and PIP processes.

Address employee relations and grievance handling in a professional manner.

Support training & development activities and assist in internal HR process improvements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

.2–5 years of experience in HR generalist or operations role

.Preferred background in the Real Estate industry

.Hands-on experience with HRMS platform and MS Office tools

.Strong knowledge of HR policies, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes
