The Role
  • Lead the conceptualization, design development, and detailing of interior projects. • Translate client briefs into innovative, functional, and visually compelling design solutions. • Prepare and present design proposals, material boards, and client presentations. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately. • Oversee the development of construction drawings, FF&E specifications, and tender documentation. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, finishes, and adherence to design standards. • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve desired quality and timelines. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contribute to overall studio development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial, corporate, or hospitality interior design within a Design & Build setting. • Excellent conceptual design, visualization, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing. • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion. • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
