Position: Senior IT Manager

Location: Jetour Qatar

Reporting To: Technology Manager

Al Waha Cars is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior IT Manager to oversee and manage all IT infrastructure and operational technology across the organization.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring stability, security, and performance across all IT systems and assets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT infrastructure including networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi), routers, switches, and firewalls

Oversee communication systems such as PBX and IP telephony

Handle CCTV systems, monitoring, and data storage

Manage all IT hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)

Ensure strong cybersecurity protection and threat monitoring

Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues

Maintain IT documentation, compliance, and asset records

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management

Strong hands-on experience in networking, CCTV systems, and enterprise hardware

Good knowledge of cybersecurity practices

Experience in multi-branch operations is an advantage

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
