Senior Lawyer

We are looking for a “Senior Lawyer” who will report to the Legal Affairs Director of the Company.

We invite you to get 1-0 ahead with Logo if you are;

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university – Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of English,
• 7 years of legal experience in multinational companies or legal firms giving legal and consultancy services to multinational clients, is required,
• Has knowledge and experience in the fields of corporate and commercial law, capital markets law, payment services, M&A, contracts, IP, data privacy, and IT law.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and organizational skills,
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Ability to work with strict deadlines,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Have no obstacles to travel in and out of Turkey.

What we expect from the Senior Lawyer;

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating all types of contracts,
• Carrying out the legal side of M&A’s and other investment projects,
• Ensuring coordination and necessary communication between the HQ Legal Department and the group companies outside of Turkey in all legal matters,
• Provide legal support concerning legal issues, business transactions,
• Conducting legal research and drafting reports, opinions, correspondence and other legal documents,
• Supporting of implementation and execution of the compliance policies and procedures of the Company,
• Anticipating and mitigating potential legal risks,
• Following up on the new laws and regulations related to Company’s activities,
• Advising business departments on legal matters,
• Providing legal training,
• Coordination of external law firms
