Drive legal strategies for the company’s employment litigation matters
Manage a team of employment litigators to develop a consistent and aggressive approach to employment litigation
Provide legal advice and counsel to internal stakeholders
Manage outside counsel and legal spend for employment litigation matters
Collaborate with internal and external counsel to develop consistent, high-quality written work product on behalf of the company
What You'll Bring..
You’re an employment litigation expert, with experience managing single-plaintiff employment cases, wage-and-hour litigation, and PAGA matters
You’ve managed cases or claims involving the EEOC
You’ve advised business clients on policies and procedures designed to reduce the risk of employment litigation
You’re driven to execute and to act quickly
You’re process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
Law degree from an accredited law school and eight years of legal experience
At least six years of employment litigation experience post-clerkship
License to practice law in at least one U.S. state and in good standing
You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00-$370,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
