We are seeking a Senior Lead Portfolio Marketing Manager to drive the creation and delivery of unique market positioning and sales enablement materials for our Infrastructure Services solutions, including Lumen’s Private Connectivity Fabric. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and can easily take a customer-focused lens on how Lumen’s network and digital infrastructure solutions will serve as the backbone for the AI revolution. An ideal candidate would have a passion for storytelling, an ability to simplify complex concepts, and be able to easily collaborate with multiple resources to identify and develop valuable messaging that will drive engaging content.
The Senior Lead Portfolio Marketing Manager is expected to be the subject matter expert for solution offerings by customer segment and industry, with a focus on Mid-Markets - understanding and monitoring the changing market and audience landscape. The candidate will be able to take the portfolio-level messaging and craft industry and persona solution messaging, content, and sales enablement pieces to support Lumen's positioning as building the backbone of AI. As the segment and industry SME for the portfolio of solutions, the candidate is expected to craft customer and sales-facing assets across the customer journey.
This is a highly collaborative role working with cross-functional teams across the organization that brings together Corporate Strategy / GTM, Product, Sales, Commercial Enablement, Creative and Brand, Corporate Communications, Analyst Relations and Field Activation teams to plan, build, launch, and optimize go-to-market in a consistent and coordinated manner.
To meet these requirements, the candidate must first have an advanced-level understanding of Infrastructure products and solutions. Second, they must be familiar with messaging the value of these solutions to multiple tiers of decision-makers. And finally, they must possess communication channel experience to create and package marketing messages targeting a variety of customer and prospect personas.
Acts as an industry expert, with a keen understanding of marketing insights, trends, and customer pain points from both a segment and portfolio point of view. Supports go-to-market strategies aligned with goals aligned to product portfolio and sales team to drive profitable revenues
