Requirements

• Law School graduate and Turkish Bar Association membership
• Minimum of four years’ working experience is preferred, mainly in compliance or litigation
• Advanced level of English proficiency is required
• Active interest for theoretical and practical developments in the area of law in and outside of Türkiye
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop in an extremely dynamic and diverse working environment and in the field of civil aviation
• Flexibility to work at our Company Headquarters at Kurtköy, Pendik (Istanbul) and to travel as may be required

In this role, you will

• To be mainly responsible for the legal department’s processes and transactions regarding legal compliance and litigation (main legal compliance domains are domestic and international consumer, e-commerce, competition, data privacy, and passenger rights regulations & other commercial aspects of civil aviation)
• To manage outsourced legal work and oversee the use of external legal resources in Türkiye and abroad
• To carry-out day-to-day and periodic tasks of the in-house legal department
• To take responsibility in coordinating communications and reporting within the company
• To follow-up matters with external stakeholders
• To support administrative processes such as document management, correspondence and service procurement
