Overview:

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the path to redefine entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Manager - Asset Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in guiding our asset management initiatives and ensuring strategic alignment to maximize our portfolio's value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive asset strategy plans, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives of Qiddiya.

- Analyze performance metrics and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies within the asset portfolio.

- Collaborate with various departments to drive integration of asset management strategies with overall project and operational plans.

- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership concerning portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.

- Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and partners, to promote Qiddiya's asset strategies and objectives.

- Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and innovation.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, instilling a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Asset Strategy team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in asset management or strategy development, with a focus on the entertainment or real estate sectors.

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional analytical skills with a proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
