Overview

The Senior Manager - Finance Technology will oversee the Horizon and Ramp-up phases of financial technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while delivering value-driven solutions.

Manage the technology transition and implementation of financial systems, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of technology strategy in the finance domain, ensuring all solutions align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in finance, accounting, or technology management, with a focus on finance-related technology solutions.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT-related fields.
• Proven track record in managing technology projects and teams in a finance environment.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including ERP implementations (e.g. SAP).
• Having relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile) is an asset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
