Job responsibilities:
1) Strategic Planning & Business Partnering:
Lead and coordinate the annual and multi-year strategic planning process; align financial goals with corporate strategy and BU priorities
Advise senior leadership on financial objectives, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities (market entry, pricing, expansion)Build long-term, driver-based models to quantify strategic choices and sensitivity scenariosServe as a proactive finance business partner to department heads and BU leaders, translating insight into clear commercial actions
2) Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Management:
Own the enterprise budgeting process and rolling forecasts (monthly/quarterly), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder buy-in
Develop and maintain robust business case and pricing models; conduct scenario/sensitivity analyses for key decisionsProvide analytical support for capital allocation, cost optimization, and new projects; challenge assumptions and highlight risks/upsidePrepare executive reporting packs (board decks, MBRs, dashboards) with crisp narratives on performance, variance, and outlookBenchmark performance against peers and internal trends to surface opportunities for margin and cash improvement
3) Systems, Processes & Controls:
Continually improve FP&A processes, calendar, and reporting standards to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Oversee data integrity and lineage across ERP, BI tools, and planning platforms; partner with IT/Finance Ops to automate reportingImplement and monitor internal controls and governance around planning, reporting, and model management; ensure audit readiness
4) Investment Cases & Capital Allocation:
Lead valuation/DCF modelling and financial due diligence for organic initiatives and inbound opportunities; assess strategic fit and ROI
Perform post-investment reviews (benefits tracking, lessons learned) to inform future allocationSupport M&A (inorganic growth) with financial models, synergy cases, integration metrics, and executive materials
5) Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Coach and develop a high-performing FP&A team; set clear goals, standards, and development plans
Influence cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Strategy, IT, Operations, Commercial) to drive outcomes and accountabilityCommunicate complex financial concepts simply and persuasively to non-financial audiences
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CFA/CPA a plus)
Work Experience:
8–12 years of progressive FP&A experience, including over 3 years in senior or leadership roles within multi-business or fast-paced environments
Proven track record in highly analytical roles, driving complex financial analysis and business insightsManagement consulting experience is a strong advantage, bringing strategic problem-solving and client-focused skillsExtensive proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office tools, including advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI dashboardsHands-on experience with financial software applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle EPMDeep expertise in strategy development, financial forecasting, diagnostics, and comprehensive information analysisIn-depth knowledge of Strategy Building, financial forecasting and diagnosis ٫ and information analysis
