About the Role

HRCONSOL is hiring a Senior Manager Fundraising for a leading education sector client in Karachi. This is a senior leadership role responsible for designing and executing fundraising strategies to support educational programs, institutional growth, and long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fundraising, donor relations, partnerships, and grant management, with a passion for education and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with donors, philanthropists, corporates, foundations, and international agencies
• Lead grant writing, proposal development, and donor reporting
• Manage fundraising campaigns, events, and sponsorship initiatives
• Build long-term partnerships with CSR departments, NGOs, INGOs, and development partners
• Track fundraising performance, budgets, and ROI against targets
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising priorities with academic and institutional needs
• Ensure transparency, compliance, and best practices in donor management
• Represent the organization at external forums, donor meetings, and networking events

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, Development Studies, or equivalent) will be strongly preferred

Experience Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, donor relations, or resource mobilization
• Proven experience working with education institutions, NGOs, INGOs, foundations, or development sector organizations
• Demonstrated success in securing high-value donations, grants, or sponsorships
• Strong network within corporate, philanthropic, and donor communities
• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
