Your Core Mission:

As a Business Development Executive, your focus is on initiating and nurturing new client partnerships for our BPO services.

• Engage with prospective US-based businesses through strategic outreach.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and present our BPO as a solution.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities from lead to partnership.
• Work collaboratively with account management teams to ensure client success.

We Are Looking For:

• A strategic and persuasive communicator with fluent professional English.
• Someone with a natural drive to initiate and build new relationships.
• A problem-solver who enjoys understanding business needs and proposing solutions.
• A candidate available and committed to the night shift schedule at our Gulistan-e-Johar office.
• (1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role is a strong plus. We provide comprehensive training on our BPO services.)
