Senior Manager HR

We are urgently hiring Senior Manager HR (Female) for one of our clients from Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Manage onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Design and drive performance management systems including KPIs and annual appraisals.
  • Supervise compensation reviews, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning and leadership development programs.
  • Oversee HRIS management, documentation control, and reporting systems.
  • Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and strategic reports for senior management.
  • Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Promote a culture of performance, accountability, and ethical conduct.

Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership or senior managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.

Salary: Up to 450K

Location: Landhi Karachi.
