Senior Manager - IT Technology Information

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – IT to lead our IT Department. This individual will act as the Head of IT, overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure, networks, server configuration, VOIP systems, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, implementing new technologies, and aligning IT strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the IT Department, providing guidance and direction to the team.

· Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and system administration.

· Ensure proper server configuration, monitoring, and maintenance for business continuity.

· Manage VOIP systems and ensure seamless communication across the organization.

· Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and data protection measures.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring SLA compliance.

· Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

· Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.

· Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

· Provide periodic reports and analysis to senior management on IT operations and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· 10–12 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in a managerial role.

· Strong expertise in networking, server configuration, and system administration.

· Hands-on experience with VOIP systems and enterprise-level IT operations.

· Proven track record of vendor management and contract negotiations.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

· Strong understanding of IT security protocols and compliance requirements.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Certifications (a plus):

· CCNA / CCNP (Cisco)

· MCSE / MCSA (Microsoft)

· ITIL Certification

· PMP (for IT project management)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs400,000.00 per month
