About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager / Manager – Corporate Strategy to join our leadership team. The role reports directly to the Director Strategy & M&A and is positioned at N-2 level.

This is a pivotal position responsible for driving corporate strategy, market growth, innovation, and ESG integration across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to shape long-term strategy, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and refine corporate strategy with executive leadership
✔ Conduct market intelligence & competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
✔ Integrate ESG principles into corporate strategies
✔ Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives from conception to execution
✔ Engage stakeholders and communicate insights to senior leadership
✔ Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
✔ Collaborate with business units and mentor team members
✔ Prepare and present strategic reports to leadership

What We’re Looking For
Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics (MBA preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven leadership in strategy development & execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Experience in innovation, technology adoption, and ESG integration

Experience:

• 10+ years in corporate strategy / management consulting
• Preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments
