Job Summary

The Senior Manager Sales will lead and manage the real estate sales function for Titanium Group, responsible for selling apartments, houses, and plots of reputable real estate projects across Pakistan. This role focuses on driving sales performance, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for apartments, houses, and plots across multiple projects
• Monitor individual and team performance and ensure target achievement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners
• Oversee client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management
• Ensure proper documentation, booking processes, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with marketing and management to improve lead generation and conversions

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 4–10 years of sales experience in real estate
• Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team
• Strong understanding of real estate products (apartments, houses, plots)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets
