Job Summary:
The Senior Manager – Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, market share, and revenue. This role oversees multi-channel campaigns, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and demonstrates strong leadership with the ability to effectively lead and inspire teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for products and services.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns including digital, social media, content, events, and traditional marketing.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and senior leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives using data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Demonstrate strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage, guide, and develop team members effectively.
- Establish and track KPIs, preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 - 12 ears of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive a collaborative work environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Job Condition:
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
