Senior Manager - Product Marketing, Digital Cluster

Who we are looking for

The role requires a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving engagement through effective townhalls, executive briefings, and targeted awareness campaigns.


About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the communication, user experience, and adoption strategies for all IT initiatives within the Digital & Transformation Division. This senior management position is responsible for ensuring that IT programs are clearly communicated, widely adopted, and deliver a seamless user experience aligned with AD Ports Group’s global brand and digital ambitions. The Senior Manager will oversee the development of user-centric documentation, training, and support materials, embedding user experience and adoption metrics into IT governance. Success in this role is measured by improvements in user satisfaction, adoption rates, and the overall effectiveness of IT communications across the organization


Role Responsibilities:

IT Communications & Engagement

  • Plan and lead IT townhalls, executive briefings, and global updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Develop and deliver clear, consistent messaging around IT programs, ensuring alignment with AD Ports Group’s brand and tone.
  • Build and execute awareness campaigns for IT initiatives to drive adoption and change readiness.
  • Act as a bridge between IT and business functions, translating technical solutions into business-friendly value propositions.

User Experience Oversight

  • Monitor and assess user experience across IT service channels (helpdesk, portals, applications, etc.).
  • Conduct regular reviews of IT applications to ensure UI/UX standards are met and aligned with global branding.
  • Validate wording, labels, and messaging in IT platforms to ensure clarity, professionalism, and user-friendliness.

Knowledge & Content Management

  • Oversee the development of user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation in business-friendly language.
  • Ensure training materials are aligned with business needs and are easy to consume.
  • Standardize templates and communication formats across IT programs and projects.

Training & Awareness

  • Design and deliver communication plans, training programs and awareness sessions on new IT systems, policies, and tools.
  • Partner with HR/L&D to integrate IT awareness into corporate training frameworks.

Governance & PMO Alignment

  • Embed user experience, communication, and adoption metrics into IT project governance frameworks.
  • Provide oversight to ensure all IT initiatives include stakeholder communication and adoption plans.
  • Report regularly to Group CIO on IT experience KPIs, adoption levels, and engagement outcomes.


Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. Master's degree is a plus Analytics (Intermediate)
  • High level of proficiency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing or communication or change management

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
  • Strong understanding of business priorities and motivations.
  • Strong executive maturity, presence, and track record of marketing impact and influence.
  • Marketing shared services experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Commercial & cultural awareness
  • Experience with reviewing web analytics.
