Qualification: Master’s in Risk Management / Finance / Business Administration (FRM / CFA preferred)
Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise risk management framework and policies.
  • Identify potential risks (financial, operational, compliance, market, and credit) and create mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and assess the company’s risk exposure and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Lead risk reporting to senior management and the Board Audit & Risk Committee.
  • Collaborate with business units to promote a strong risk management culture across the organization.
  • Oversee risk assessment models and ensure their alignment with business strategies.
  • Manage internal audits, stress testing, and scenario analysis processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging risks, industry best practices, and regulatory changes impacting the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in risk analysis tools, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the financial/insurance industry.
