What You’ll Do
The Senior Manager Sales and Service is responsible for driving sales and service performance across Retail Banking, Business Banking and FourLeaf Financial Group. This role ensures that leaders and frontline teams are equipped with clear goals, actionable reporting, timely insights, and engaging campaigns that enable optimal productivity and consistent execution.
The role serves as the enterprise sales orchestrator, translating deposit and relationship growth strategies into coordinated sales activity through partnership with business line leaders while fostering a fun, collaborative, and performance-oriented culture. They are accountable for ensuring each team achieves its sales and service objectives and equipping them with the tools and information needed for success

Core Contributions
Leadership:
- Lead with dynamism, change management, agility, inclusiveness, and innovation that will enable the retail, business banking and FFG teams to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Review production and service results to identify gaps and trends. Collaborate with other lines of business to develop and execute action plans to improve performance.
- Engage with business line leaders and management teams, to foster a workplace that promotes commitment and balance between employee and member experience to drive strong Employee Engagement Survey (EOS) and Member Satisfaction (MSAT) results.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve performance.
Sales Reporting, Insights & Productivity:
- Ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable sales reporting to manage performance effectively.
- Partner with analytics and deposit product teams to develop dashboards, metrics, and performance views.
- Provide insights and recommendations to business line leaders to optimize staffing models, incentives and sales and service performance. Analyze productivity trends by channel, role and market to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry news and trends and incorporate innovative thinking into sales and service execution.
Sales Campaign Development & Execution:
- Own the development and execution of enterprise sales campaigns throughout the year to support deposit, relationship and wealth growth objectives.
- Selectively, visit branches based on performance and production. Collaborate with Retail leaders and support their branch and regional objectives by monitoring results while providing analysis to drive the member experience, deposit, and lending growth.
- Identify opportunities to create bench strength and provide feedback to leaders. Support the new hire on-the-job-training experience in collaboration with Learning and Development, and leadership.
- Support and assist Retail Network, Contact Center, and MX with member escalations. This includes contacting members, and resolving issues while collaborating with legal, fraud, and other business units. May involve after hours work.
Culture, Engagement & Sales Energy:
- Foster a positive, high-energy and collaborative sales environment that motivates teams and celebrates success.
- Promote healthy competition, recognition, and teamwork while reinforcing service excellence and ethical selling.
- Partner with learning and development to support sales enablement, skill building, and best practice sharing.
- Serve as a visible champion of the sales and service culture across the organization.
Cross Functional Partnership:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Deposit Products to ensure alignment between product strategy and sales execution.
- Partner with marketing on campaign messaging, materials and member outreach.
- Coordinate with FFG leadership to ensure wealth initiatives are effectively integrated into enterprise sales efforts.
- Work with operations, compliance, and risk to ensure sales practices meet regulatory and policy expectations.
- Cultivate partnerships with other business units focused on driving strategic outcomes. Participate in collaboration meetings to discuss barriers, develop solutions, and to be involved in organizational initiatives representing the Deposits team.
Compliance, Governance, Risk and Quality Assurance:
- Stays abreast and adheres to policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
- Identifies and manages emerging risks and fraud trends to minimize exposure to members and FourLeaf.
- Complies with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Asset Control.
- Partner with leadership, BSA/Compliance, and Fraud to promptly research and resolve any potential fraud/security concerns that are identified.
- Ensure risk recommendations and decisions are within the risk tolerance for the organization. Contact members regarding findings and next steps.
- Ensure sales practices align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and member first principles.
- Promote responsible growth and strong sales ethics across all channels.
Assets You Will Bring
- College Degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of financial or equivalent retail service experience.
- 3-5 years management experience.
NMLS License required.
The estimated salary for this role is $94,570.00 to $113,484.00 annually.
