Lidl US is searching for the next Senior Manager – Talent Development & Learning to join our Employee Lifecycle team! The Senior Manager – Talent Development & Learning is responsible for the leadership of the Talent Development & Learning team and talent development processes, programs, and initiatives. This role provides strategic support to leadership and their respective organizations on all matters involving the development of Lidl US employees. The individual ensures the talent development and learning strategy attracts, engages, develops, and retains employees while aligning them with the organization’s culture, strategies, and vision.
