Job Description:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and leadership roles across diverse business units.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Design and drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including structure redesign, role clarity, and workforce planning.
- Support talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Use data and insights to inform hiring strategies and OD interventions.
- Collaborate with HR teams across units to ensure alignment with overall HR strategy.
Job Specifications:
- Master degrees in HRM & professional certifications in HR will be a great plus.
- 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or OD roles, preferably in a multi-business or manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Proven track record of hiring for critical and leadership roles.
- Strong exposure to organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
