Senior Manager - Talent & Organizational Development

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and leadership roles across diverse business units.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Design and drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including structure redesign, role clarity, and workforce planning.
  • Support talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Use data and insights to inform hiring strategies and OD interventions.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across units to ensure alignment with overall HR strategy.

Job Specifications:

  • Master degrees in HRM & professional certifications in HR will be a great plus.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or OD roles, preferably in a multi-business or manufacturing environment.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of hiring for critical and leadership roles.
  • Strong exposure to organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
