Contract Opportunity: Senior Manager – Technology (Oracle Banking Products)
Remote | Mon–Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM | 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager – Technology to join our Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Technology team on a 6-month remote contract. If you have a strong background in Oracle Banking Products (OBP, OBLM, OBVAM) and a solid command over Extensibility Toolkit and related tech stacks, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers while contributing individually to configuration and customization in OBP/OBLM/OBVAM.
• Use Oracle’s Extensibility Toolkit for product development and customization.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to gather and finalize requirements.
• Create solution designs, architecture artifacts, and functional specs.
• Support performance, security, integration, and regression testing.
• Oversee UAT and post-go-live support for technical flows and touchpoints.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Banking Products (OBP, OBMA/OBLM/OBVAM), including backend customizations.
• Experience with Oracle frameworks such as Extensibility Toolkit and OJet.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JQuery, PL/SQL, SQL, Netflix Conductor workflows.
• Familiarity with OBRH layer of OBMA and integration with Flexcube Core Banking.
• 12+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, EJB, and modern JS frameworks.
• Strong background in SOAP, REST/Microservices, JSON, XML, Messaging.
• Experience working in Cloud and DevOps environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Working Environment:

• Fully remote, Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM).
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Be part of a critical digital transformation initiative in the payments and liquidity space.
