Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our International Business Unit (IBU) team and lead regional campaign strategies that drive traffic, boost order conversion, and deliver impactful business results.


In this Role, you’ll get to:

* Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy development through to delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

* Integrate onsite and offsite marketing resources to maximise campaign performance and conversion rates.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product, Creative, and Marketing to ensure high-quality, impactful, and efficient campaigns.

* Analyse marketing performance data and customer behavior to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve key operational metrics.

* Adapt and iterate UI/UX based on deep understanding of local users and insights from the Turkish market.


What you'll Need to Succeed:

* Bachelor degree and 3 years' working experience or above.

* Fluency in Turkish and business proficiency in English are required.

* Proficient in managing user-oriented campaign operations on a large customer base. Successful order growth case in campaign planning

* Possess strong abilities in market analysis, marketing, planning, promotion, negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving, with ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadline.

* Strong logical rational and logical thinking with result driven mindset

* Proactive in detecting growth opportunities and pain points and be able to push things forward

* Experience in e-commerce platform or travel industry is highly preferred.
