Office Timing: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About Us:

We are a fast-growing IT services company expanding in USA & European markets. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Head who specializes in B2B lead generation for IT services.

This role is purely focused on lead generation – we expect consistent delivery of quality leads every week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quality B2B leads in the USA & Europe IT services market.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM).
• Manage email marketing campaigns with personalized outreach & automation tools.
• Drive social media marketing (SMM) campaigns for brand visibility.
• Act as a POC for prospects, nurture them into qualified leads.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure pipeline growth and conversions.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead generation performance and ROI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT services lead generation (USA & Europe).
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, SMM, and Lead Nurturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to consistently deliver quality leads every week.
• Must be willing to work from Delhi office (12:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Mon–Sat).
